We are saddened to announce the passing of Brother George Haymes of the Halifax County & Vicinity Ushers Union.
Brother Haymes passed on March 2, 2023. Brother Haymes served for many years and in many capacities for the Virginia State Baptist Ushers Union, mostly notably he served as the State President from 1986 -1988 and the C0 - Chairperson of History and Archives.

We are saddened to announce the passing of Sister Dorothy P. Williams of the Ushers Union of Richmond & Vicinity. Sister Williams passed on March 4, 2023. Sister Williams served as the Convention Ushers Chairperson and was honored at the 2021 annual convention.
